  • Gift employees with chair massages for stellar performance, milestone recognition, birthdays, etc. (See below.)
  • Offer lunchtime mini-massages (5-10 minutes) where interested employees can drop in or schedule in advance.
  • Have a regularly scheduled massage day (or partial day) each week, biweekly, or monthly with one or two therapists in attendance. Interested employees sign up for slots in advance. Ten, fifteen or twenty minutes in the massage chair can result in a more attentive, hard-working employee!
